Angelo Anglani is a partner of the law firm Ughi e Nunziante, practising as a lawyer mainly in the areas of commercial disputes resolution (litigation, national and international arbitration, ADR), contracts, bankruptcy, intellectual property, competition law, product liability, labour law.
He is responsible of the Disputes Resolution Department of the firm. He is very active in the area of national and international arbitration, whether under the rules of ICC, AIA and Chamber of Commerce of Milan, or under ad-hoc rules, or in the context of court challenges of arbitration awards.
He is also particularly experienced in handling cross-border litigation; he assisted various foreign clients (including important foreign Governmental institutions) in Italian litigations and rogatory proceedings and advised clients on Italian law in litigation pending abroad.
He is admitted to the Supreme Court. He attended the Seminar on American Law of Columbia University (Leyden, 1994), is a member of the International Bar Association, a member of A.I.A.-Associazione Italiana Arbitrato, FCIArb and Chairman of Euroadvocaten.
The law firm Ughi e Nunziante was formed in the sixties and it now comprises about 70 lawyers.
