Patrikios Pavlou & Co is an international law firm based in Cyprus with particular expertise in commercial law, banking and finance, litigation and arbitration, company law, capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, international tax planning, intellectual property, administrative and constitutional law and shipping and admiralty.
The firm is acknowledged as having a very experienced litigation and arbitration team and has been involved in numerous local and international projects of significant magnitude and complication.
Founded in 1963 by Mr. Patrikios Pavlou, Barrister, in Limassol, Cyprus, it is now considered one of the largest and most successful firms in Cyprus.
The favourable investment and tax environment of Cyprus has led to an increase of the international interest in the business services industry of Cyprus and has attracted international clients seeking legal and financial services from the Cyprus market.
Over the years we have carefully expanded our client basis as well as the legal team of our firm to allow us to meet the varied demands of today’s international legal market.
We are consistently requested to assist in large multinational or cross border transactions having a significant Cyprus element. In the past one year our Firm was involved in projects or disputes totalling in excess of Fourteen Billion US Dollars.
We are involved in the listing of Cyprus Companies in international Stock Markets from the London Stock Exchange to Hong Kong.

Today the firm continues the significant expansion it has enjoyed since 1963 and has a team of 22 advocates and legal consultants assisted by a team of 25 paralegal and administrative staff.
In 2007 our firm became a member of Euroadvocaten, an association of law firms in the European Union comprising of offices in 19 countries and totalling in excess of 450 lawyers.
