Description of the firm
Everyone is always welcome at our firm: for a passionate argument, advice, opinion, counsel, contract or reconciliation. From scoundrel to King.We will seldom be surprised by your request for help and advice.
De Koning Vergouwen is a medium-sized firm and is therefore versatile, all-round and flexible. Close and good teamwork, as well as being brief and prompt in combining forces, knowledge and information. Our general practice covers most fields of law and areas of justice.
We are generalists, yet each with one?s specialist knowledge. We are known far and wide as the legal experts serving the hotel and catering industry, film industry, immovable property (real estate) and controlling collective labour agreements. But then we also have an intimate family law practice, we fight and stand up for the most vulnerable people. However, we are formidable criminal lawyers too if necessary.
Eliminating conflicts is our daily job. Common sense we consider being worth more than starting the umpteenth legal procedure. We keep our heads cool and opt for the long term solution.
Success helps to establish a good reputation. However, the legal profession is more than simply street fighting. We think that in many cases it is best to avoid costly and extremely time-consuming procedures. We will think ahead together with you our client. We communicate better and point out evils and legal pitfalls well in time. Preventive law we call it.
Recently we asked our clients to judge our services. This large-scale investigation, completed by over three hundred clients, showed that they valued our services recently with 8.5 out of 10. We will always very much appreciate that our clients give us feedback by the customer satisfaction form so we may continuously optimize our services. The form may be downloaded in order to fax to: +31 (0)20 471 44 43.
